Long-distance move from Dubai to Abu Dhabi

Dishonesty and Unprofessional

We used Sara movers twice as a returned customer, once from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and a second time within Dubai with 3 items to be delivered to Abu Dhabi. We kept following up with them regarding the 3 items to be moved (2 pots and a portable BBQ) until they said that they can arrange for the delivery through a “friend” with extra charges of DHS300(claiming its through a friend rather than free as agreed) , and we asked them to bring on the way one laptop charger that we have forgotten and they asked for an extra charge again which we thought unreasonable and told them to skip the charger and bring the other items. The second shock was that once the 3 items arrived we discovered that it wasn’t a friend , it was 2 laborers from Sara movers . As a returned customer, we expected them to honor their word and be honest. The manager in particular was the point of contact who was rude and dishonest and who keep trying to get more money. I do not recommend dealing with them as they are unprofessional and dishonest.
